The Weekly Schedule Report provides a printable version of any schedule or combination of schedules for the same time.  The report includes the job code, station code (if applicable), beginning shift time, end shift time (if applicable) and contact numbers for employees who have elected to share their numbers.

Creating a Single Schedule Report

1.Leave the Consolidated Schedule box unchecked.

2.Select an Entity.

3.Select the schedule from the Schedule drop-down.  Note that only posted schedules are available.

4.To see only schedules from the last three months, check the Show Only Recent Schedules checkbox.

5.If you would like to limit the report to a specific job, identify the job from the drop-down.

6.If you have selected a job, you may then elect to include all shifts by checking the Show All Shifts Belonging to Employees Assigned This Job checkbox.

7.If you would like to limit the report to a specific day part, identify the day part from the drop-down.

8.To add employee contact numbers to the report, check the Include Contact Number checkbox.

9.To open the report in a new window, check the Open in a new window checkbox.

10.Click the Run Report button.

 

Creating a Consolidated Schedule Report

1.Check the Consolidated Schedule box.

2.Select an Entity.

3.Select the week begin date from the drop-down.

3.If you would like to limit the report to a specific job, identify the job from the drop-down.

4.If you have selected a job, you may then elect to include all shifts by checking the Show All Shifts Belonging to Employees Assigned This Job checkbox.

5.If you would like to limit the report to a specific day part, identify the day part from the drop-down.

6.To add employee contact numbers to the report, check the Include Contact Number checkbox.

7.To open the report in a new window, check the Open in a new window checkbox.

8.Click the Run Report button.

 

Expanding Report Options

If after running the report, you want to change the criteria, click on the downward pointing arrow in the upper left of your screen and the filter fields will expand.
