Editing a Posted Schedule

Re-posting a Schedule

 

After a schedule is created in the schedules screen and is posted, the schedule will be available for future viewing in the posted schedules screen.

 

Editing a Posted Schedule

To view or edit a posted schedule, either double click on the week begin date or the Schedule Group field or, highlight the record by clicking on it once then click on the Edit link.  Please refer to the Schedules section for information on fields, functions and icons.

 

Re-posting a Schedule

After edits are made, click on the Post button. clip0125 Notifications will only be sent to any employees whose shifts have been changed.
