Creating a Schedule Change Request History Report

Expanding Report Options

Report Icons

 

The Schedule Change Request History Report is a record of the sequence of events associated with dropping, swapping, and picking up shifts.  The report lists the employee ID and name who triggered the event, along with details related to the event type and shifts.  System generated events appear with no employee ID or name.

Creating a Schedule Change Request History Report

1.Select a Date Range.  The date range filters based on the event time (when the action took place).

2.If you want to restrict the report to a specific Employee, select them from the drop-down.

3.To open in a new window, check the Open in a new window box.

4.Click the Run Report button.

 

Expanding Report Options

If after running the report, you want to change the criteria, click on the downward pointing arrow in the upper left of your screen and redefine the options.
