If you push schedules from Workforce to your Point of Sale system, this report will show you any exceptions that occur.  It is imperative to monitor and correct these exceptions so that employee data is up to date and any payroll records will be accurate.

 

Populating the Schedule Export Exceptions Report

1.Select the client for which you want to see exceptions.

2.To further narrow your search criteria, you can identify a specific polling job.  To search all jobs, leave this field blank.

3.Choose a begin date.

4.Choose an end date.

5.Click on the Run Report button.

 

Correcting Schedule Export Exceptions

Schedule exceptions are typically an indicator that an employee is setup in Workforce, but not in the Point of Sale system.  To clear these exceptions, add the employee to the Point of Sale system.

Expanding Report Options

If after running the report, you want to change the information provided to produce the report, click on the downward pointing arrow in the upper left of your screen and edit the criteria.
