The audit log records activity of Workforce users. Any changes, updates or deletions made in Workforce are noted here.
User |
The user who made the change. |
Entity |
The entity in which the changed happened. |
Feature |
The feature that was changed. |
Action |
The action that was taken by the user. |
Action Time |
The date and time that the change took place. |
Key Field |
The Key field is a unique identifier for the record modified. |
Description |
A description of the change. |
There are no required fields, however, it is best to fill in some filter fields in order to restrict the number of records returned. The fields available for filtering are:
Date Range |
Enter the range of dates you want included. |
Entity |
The entity where the changed took place. |
Feature |
The feature that was changed. |
Once all applicable filter fields are set, click the Retrieve Data button.
If after running the report, you want to change the criteria, click on the downward pointing arrow in the upper left of your screen and the filter fields will expand.
