Create price level definitions here that you can subsequently assign to:
Items you intend to sell from your commissary, as defined in line items on the Commissary tabs of the Restaurant Inventory Items and Prep Items screens of the Inventory menu
Customers to whom you intend to sell commissary items, as defined on the Setup > Accounts Receivable > A/R Customers screen
In this way you can customize pricing of commissary orders by customer using the Outside Orders screen.
Note: Compeat provides one built-in price level definition called Base Price that is assigned to a commissary item when it is designated as such using the Commissary Items screen. This base price is used for all sales that use the Outside Orders screen. In order to use a custom price level that you have defined here, you must use the Outside Orders screen.
