Creating a Call List Report

Expanding Report Options

Report Icons

 

The Call List Report provides a list of MyWorkforce users, their home phone, their mobile phone and email address.  This information is housed in the employee record.

Creating a Call List Report

If you leave the Job drop-down blank, the report will generate a list of all employees.  However, if you want to view employees associated to a specific job, select that job from the drop-down and click the Run Report button.

Note that you can also group the data by job by checking the Show by Job check box.

Expanding Report Options

If after running the report, you want to change the report options, click on the downward pointing arrow in the upper left of your screen and redefine the options.
