Enter the hours and earnings amounts for any department for which you have defined statistical account numbers to track labor information on the Payroll Departments screen of the Setup menu. The entered labor information is considered statistical; these values do not have a financial effect in the general ledger, but can be used in various reports
Note: This tab is only displayed if "Use Labor" was selected under Setup > DSR Definitions > Other Accounts tab when Compeat was setup.
The detail grid contains the following fields:
Dept/Description Select the department code or department description from definitions created on the Departments screen of the Compeat Payroll ™ module, or on the Payroll Departments screen, if you are not using Compeat Payroll.
Reg Hrs Enter the total number of regular hours for all employees.
Reg Dollars Enter the total regular wages for all of the employees.
OT Hrs Enter the total number of overtime hours for all employees.
OT Dollars Enter the total overtime wages for all of the employees.
Bud Hrs Enter the total budgeted hours for the department employees.
Bud Dollars Enter the total budgeted dollars for the department employees.
