User Activity

The User Activity utility displays a list of everyone currently logged into the Compeat system. If you have a user ID that is locked — as can occur if you have to reboot while logged into Compeat — you can use this utility to unlock the user.

The screen appears similar to the following:

Use the Refresh button to see which users have logged in or logged out since you opened the screen.

Note: Because a single user ID can be used to login to Compeat multiple times, although only for different entities, you may see one user ID listed several times.

Unlocking a User ID

To unlock a Compeat user, select the user in the Users grid, then click Delete Record. You will be prompted to confirm the deletion with a message similar to the following:

Select Yes to delete the user activity record.

Once the user name has been deleted, the user can log back into the system and access will be restored.

If you receive a message indicating that the user activity record could not be deleted, contact Compeat Support for assistance.

Note: If you delete the user activity record of someone who is still in the system, that user may lose unsaved worked.
