Entity Filters

Entity Filters can be created to allow you to group your entities together for reporting. There is not a limit to how many entity filter groups you are allowed to create but they all must have unique names. Entity Filters allow you to quickly run combined data reports for any pre-defined groups you choose.

The following options will allow you to create your Entity Filters:

• Description You can create as many filters as you need but the names must all be unique.

• Entities You can add as many entities, individually, to the filter you are creating.

• Store Group 1 Create a filter using any of the groups that you defined in your Entity Setup and assigned to the Store Group #1 that you created in Enterprise definitions

• Store Group 2 Create a filter using any of the groups that you defined in your Entity Setup and assigned to the Store Group #2 that you created in Enterprise definitions

Note: To create Entity Filters using Store Group 1 and Store Group 2 you must first define these groups in Enterprise definitions. You can then create store groups in your Entity Setup and assign each of your entities to a group. This feature will allow you to use your existing restaurant groups to create Entity filters.
