The worksheet lists prep items by station and provides blank spaces for prep item quantities. Typically, when prep items are made in the kitchen, the prep cook will fill out a worksheet indicating how much of each item has been created.
When viewed, the worksheet appears very much like the Produce Prep Items screen in which the worksheet information subsequently needs to be entered and posted, with columns in which the prep cook can fill in the quantities produced.
