The GLDesc function is used to return the account description for a given account number from the chart of accounts.
The GLDesc function takes only a single parameter:
GLDesc(Account Number)
Specify the number of the account whose description should be retrieved.
Note: This function cannot be used with multiple account numbers; do not specify a range of values, only a single account number.
