Click to view/hide picture.Compeat can calculate up to three different sales-based fees automatically as DSR’s are posted. These fees are typically for purposes such as franchise fees and management fees. Fees you define here are then associated with particular DSR categories on the Time Periods tab. When the DSR is posted, the sales of each DSR category are automatically multiplied by any applicable fee, then the resulting fee amount is posted with the rest of the DSR data. This tab is optional.

For each fee definition, fill in the following details:
Fee Description Enter a description of the fee up to 15 characters in length.
Fee Rate Enter a percentage that represents the fee.
DR Acct # The account number to be debited for the fee.
CR Acct # The account number to be credited for the fee.
CR Entity # Enter the entity number associated with the credited account. If you are using an accounting entity to pay any or all of the fees, specify the accounting entity's number in this field.
