The Unposted Batches report allows you to generate a list of all unposted batches. It can be run on demand for one or all restaurants. You will be prompted to generate this report when you try to Close a Period or Close a Year with unposted batches.
The options screen appears similar to the following:
Use the following options to customize your report:
Entity # Specify the entity on which you want to report; leave blank for all entities.
As of Date Use to limit the report to all unposted batches prior to a specified date; the default is the current date.
Batch Types You can search for specific types of unposted data by selecting the related items from this drop down list
Note: There are two checkbox fields indicating the Completed and Balanced status of each batch. The Balanced checkbox applies only to DSR batches. The complete field does not apply to some data types that do not contain the option to ‘complete’.
