Portioning Employees

This screen allows you to define a list of employees for portioning. The employees defined in this list will be available on the Portioning screen as employees that can be selected to associate with a portioning job. Assigning employees to portioning jobs can facilitate tracking down problems with a portioning event.

Enter a first and last name, designate whether the employee is an active portioner, and select the restaurants in which they are allowed to portion.

Portioning employee names appear on the Portioning Register and the Portioning Worksheet, and can be used as a grouping criteria for the Portioned Items Report.
