Use the Portioning Brands screen to maintain a list of brands that will appear on the Portioning screen as brands that may be selected to associate with a portioning event. Assigning brands to portioning events can facilitate locating problems, if any arise. The Portioned Items Report can be grouped by brand.
Enter a brand code and brand name, and specify the city and state they operate from.
