Specify the groupings of general ledger sales accounts that will be used in calculating the percentages of cost of goods sold. For example, if you have general ledger accounts for Food Sales Dining, Food Sales Banquet, and Food Sales Patio, you may combine all three accounts and create one Food Sales GL Account Filter. Similarly, you may want to create separate filters for Liquor, Beer, and Wine. These filters will be applied to Inventory Level 1 Sales Account Filter. These calculations are specifically for the Cost of Goods report.
