The Commissary On-Order Report displays the items contained in un-shipped Outside and Inside orders, showing their current theoretical on-hand quantities, the quantity on-order, and the resulting ending inventory quantities. The report is meant to highlight shortages in Inventory or Prep Items, and can be used as a tool in deciding what needs to be prepped, portioned or purchased in order to fulfill a Commissary order.
Use the following options to customize your report:
Cut-off Date Filters on-order items by due date of Outside and Inside orders. If you are only concerned with orders between today and tomorrow, run the report with tomorrow as the cutoff date, and it will ignore order with due dates the day after tomorrow and beyond.
Inventory Item # Range To limit the report to a particular set of inventory items, enter a range of inventory item numbers.
Inventory Levels Filter the report by inventory levels.
List Menu Item Numbers To include specific menu items, enter a list of the menu item numbers to include in the sales mix; separate each menu item number with a comma. Compeat will remember the last list of menu item numbers entered; this list can be accessed using the drop-down arrows.
Include Prep Items Filter to include or not include Prep Items in the results.
Include Restaurant Inventory Items Filter to include or not include Restaurant Inventory Items in the results.
Show Shorts Only Filter the results to only show items for orders that cannot be filled due to a calculated shortage.
