Use this screen to define foreign currency exchange rates. A record must be entered for each currency and each fiscal period.
Description of fields:
• Currency Choose a currency from the drop-down list.
• Year Enter the fiscal year for the exchange rates being entered.
• Accounting Period Enter the fiscal period number for the exchange rate being entered.
• Average Rate Enter the exchange rate to be applied to profit and loss accounts for the fiscal period being entered.
• Period End Rate Enter the exchange rate to be applied to balance sheet accounts for the fiscal period being entered.
Use the Generate Currency Exchange Rates button to auto-create blank records for a specified currency and period of time.
