Portioning Worksheet

Typically, workers will fill out a worksheet while they are portioning. This allows you to track details of the portioning. Compeat provides a worksheet for this purpose.

Report Options

The options screen appears similar to the following:

Specify the item to be portioned in the Portion "Type" field, and the number of copies you wish to print.

The portioner must fill out one sheet for every item portioned. For example, if tenderloin is portioned, then salmon, then ribeye loins, each of these should have its own sheet.

Note: To ensure that the portioner knows the cost per pound, Compeat recommends that items to be portioned be labeled with the cost per pound at the time they are received from the vendor.
