There are four principal ways to access topics in this Help system effectively:
Context-sensitive help - Hold down the CTRL key and press the 1 key (CTRL+1) in any screen to go directly to the Help section for that screen.
Contents - A table of contents is shown in the left panel of the Help (click on contents if it is not showing). It is organized into major sections, represented by books . Each book contains numerous related topics. Click on the book to open and view its topics.
Keywords - Keywords added throughout the Help files are indexed in a two-level system of topics and subtopics, like a book index. Browse the list to locate topics and click on them to view the information.
Search - Like internet search engines, the Search tab looks through all the text of the Help system for matches of what you have typed. This is the best way to find small, specific, or elusive bits of information.
To print a copy of an open help topic:
1.Open the help to the topic that you want to print.
2.Click in the main frame (to select it from the contents frame).
3.Press CTRL+P. A print dialog box will open where you can select printer options.
